Hide-On Carcass Wash & Sanitizing Assembly

This unique system is a new process for thoroughly cleaning beef hides during the slaughtering process - after sticking and prior to legging. This innovative approach features proven, patented technology, with several production systems in operation. The system features two high pressure antimicrobial sprays in one cabinet, and utilizes water reuse and recirculation. Hot Water Pasteurization System

An innovative Chad system utilizes proven, patented technology to reduce and control pathogens on the surfaces of your carcasses during slaughter. The Chad system is a two-step process of hot water followed by organic acid. Both are applied automatically to the surface of the carcass at the end of the slaughtering process. This system is available for all plants of all sizes at very reasonable equipment, installation and operating costs. The Chad Hot Waster Pasteurization System is a very complete system including monitoring all critical parameters and alarm capability to meet all your HACCP requirements.

5% Lactic Acid Spray Assembly

This system is specifically designed for the application of up to 5% lactic acid on cold carcasses. The acid is thoroughly applied to the entire carcass after the cooler and prior to the cut floor. Scientific research has proven the effectiveness of this antimicrobial treatment. The advantages of applying lactic acid for achieving a significant reduction and control of bacteria on the surfaces of the carcass are many; including, increased product safety, expanded shelf life, product differentiation for a sales and marketing advantage.

Organic Acid Spray System

Use the Chad system to reduce and control microbial contamination on all red meat products. The Chad system automatically mixes and supples the acid solution to your product and monitors all critical functions. The solution can be applied to carcasses prior to evisceration an / or after the final wash and to other products during slaughter and processing. Improved product quality and safety, extended shelf life and a marketable competitive advantage.

Boot Scrubber Wash

Use this unique product to automatically scrub, wash and sanitize soles, tops and sides of boots and personnel's hands at the same time. It can be located at the entrance and exit of the work place; especially your read-to-eat product areas. In addition to providing very clean boots on a continuous basis, the Chad Boot Scrubber Wash has several other benefits: reduces cross-contamination between processing areas, eliminates cleaning labor, requires no detergents, and extends useful boot life.
